Dear Mr. Kennedy,
First off, thanks for throwing your hat in the ring. America needs to hear your voice, see your vision for the future.
Second, part of that is your view on what led to the growing catastrophe in Ukraine.
As I said in my 5 APR 23 reply to your tweet about “the abject failure of the Neocon strategy of maintaining U.S. global hegemony,” you were half right: Liberal interventionists also pursue the same abject failure of a strategy — they just do it for different "reasons," as foreign policy scholar Steven Walt detailed in his 2011 essay on the mess the US and NATO made in Libya.
And it is that synergistic collusion between Western warmongers left and right, in Europe and the USA, that amplifies the power and danger of their Unholy Alliance far beyond what you wrote about. Ergo both the magnitude and specific characteristics of that alliance make your presidential candidacy an existential threat to it, an alliance whose American component I graphically represent like this:
That you represent such a threat to them is also the source of your greatest strength; that sea of humanity, left and right, in Europe and the USA, all of whom know in their souls that it is immoral to cheer on a war from the safety of their homes until the last Ukrainian child bleeds out, and that it is tyrannical for government at any level to grant dominion over our lives to unelected, morally and professionally compromised health care “experts.”
You can synergize that sea of humanity, and I submit to you that it starts by immediately going big on the center of gravity around which the Unholy Alliance revolves.
The Laundromat Known as Ukraine
Let’s start with the laundromat known as Ukraine. This war was precipitated by NATO’s broken 1990 promise to Russia to not expand the alliance eastward toward Russia’s border. Eminent foreign policy scholars from George Kennan to Eugene Carroll and a host of others warned us since the mid-1990s that NATO expansion eastward would provoke the Russians. In 2008, then-US Ambassador to Russia William Burns warned that pushing Russia on Ukraine would result in war. (Burns is now director of the CIA.) Naturally, no one in the neocon-liberal alliance paid any attention. The result:
Toward the end of this unprecedented Russia-provoking expansion, then-assistant secretary of state Victoria Nuland, then-national security advisor for VP Biden Jake Sullivan, and then-Vice President Biden himself were up to their eyeballs in fomenting the 2014 coup that toppled President Viktor Yanukovych and replaced him with the unelected, US-chosen Arseniy Yatsenyuk. (Nuland is now Undersecretary of State, Sullivan is now President Biden’s national security adviser). See Oliver Stone’s 2016 documentary Ukraine on Fire for details.
Unrest in the Donbas by ethnic Russians who did not want to be ruled by an illegitimate government led to attacks on the area by the Ukrainian army. Between 2014 and 2021, an estimated 11,000 Ukrainian and separatist soldiers had died. as well as 3,400 civilians and ~450 Russian soldiers. During this same period, NATO began training Ukrainian troops and establishing a presence there on the ground.
In the second half of 2021, Ukraine began a troop buildup near the Donbas that, by November, totaled ~100,000 troops, a force large enough to overwhelm the ethnic Russians in eastern Ukraine. This buildup, along with NATO intentions to “integrate” Ukraine into NATO, led to the mirror-image buildup in western Russia of 150,000 troops and, not long after, its deployment into Ukraine on a Special Military Operation.
The Ukrainian government rejected peace talks before hostilities started, based mostly on objections by the US and UK, who were spoiling for a fight. After the fighting started, NATO sabotaged new attempts at peace talks.
As now-CIA director Burns had warned in his 2008 cable, Ukraine was indeed the red line NATO knew it could not cross — but it did anyway. NATO wanted the fight, partly to protect its graft and corruption enterprises in Ukraine, partly hoping to “bleed” Russia militarily, but mostly because it was the perfect vehicle by which to strip former Warsaw Pact NATO members of their Soviet-era military equipment so Western arms manufacturers could sell them tens of billions of dollars worth of new NATO-compliant equipment purchased with American tax dollars laundered through mostly American military and foreign aid. See Seymour Hersh’s insightful 12 APR 23 article “Trading with the Enemy” for details of the monumental graft and corruption generated by the billions of American dollars thrown at Ukraine with no accountability or even basic auditing.
In addition, the almost universal American Unicon support for the Ukraine war is due in significant part to the manner in which the sons and daughters and Clinton Foundation-type “charitable foundations” of American politicians reap huge monetary rewards through various enterprises. Hunter Biden’s association with both Burisma and Ecohealth-run Ukrainian biolabs is the most infamous example, but there is plenty of graft and corruption to go around. Two GOP examples: Senators Lindsey Graham and Mitt Romney.
The Bioweapons Lab Known as Ukraine
Next piece of the puzzle: The bioweapons lab known as Ukraine. COV-SARS-2 has already shown how dangerous bioweapons research can be — and how deeply the U.S. Department of Defense is involved in it. Well, in Ukraine, DoD and other US entities “assisted” with the operations of 46 biolabs, and a significant part of the war effort involved the protection of these biolabs from Russian seizure. Details of these labs were openly posted on the US Embassy-Ukraine website until shortly after the war began — when questions were raised about their existence and purpose. Within a couple of days, all related materials were scrubbed from the embassy website, and a furious “fact-check” assault on the truth commenced — an assault that was itself inadvertently fact-checked on 8 MAR 22 by none other than Ukrainian coup enabler Victoria Nuland. During a Senate hearing on Ukraine, Senator Marco Rubio threw her what he thought was a softball question that would lead her to debunk the biolab “rumors.” Unfortunately for clueless Senator Rubio, Ms. Nuland was testifying under oath, so her response was not what he expected:
Sen. Marco Rubio: Does Ukraine have chemical or biological weapons?
Victoria Nuland: Ukraine has biological research facilities which, in fact, we’re now quite concerned Russian troops, Russian forces may be seeking to gain control of, so we are working with the Ukrainians on how we can prevent any of those research materials from falling into the hands of Russian forces should they approach.
Sen. Marco Rubio: I’m sure you’re aware that the Russian propaganda groups are already putting out there all kinds of information about how they have uncovered a plot by the Ukrainians to unleash biological weapons in the country, and with NATO’s coordination.
If there is a biological or chemical weapon incident or attack inside Ukraine, is there any doubt in your mind that 100% it would be the Russians behind it?
Victoria Nuland: There is no doubt in my mind, Senator. And in fact, it is a classic Russian technique to blame the other guy for what they are planning to do themselves.
But here’s the thing: If there were no chemical or biological weapons in Ukraine, then why didn’t Undersecretary Nuland just say “no”? Further, if these labs were no more than the “peaceful biological research facilities” and “research materials” Nuland and a June 2022 DoD “fact sheet” insisted they were, with no relationship or ability to create bioweapons, then why exactly were they so worried about the Russians capturing them — and then using their contents to launch biological attacks?
These flailing attempts at disinformation make it clear that Ukraine is a major part of the the international Virus Industrial Complex, the multi-government-corporate collaboration that represents the organizational and technical foundation upon which the COV-SARS-2 “pandemic” was built, with all of its attendant death, destruction, social disintegration, and tyranny. As such, it must be defended to the last Ukrainian.
The Virus Industrial Complex That Gutted the Nuremberg Code
And now we come to the Virus Industrial Complex and its Final Solution for the Nuremberg Code: Contaminating the world’s food supply with mRNA-modified food, both animal- and plant-based.
It is already underway, and it represents an existential threat so dangerous, insidious, and genocidal that it makes the COVID poison shot look like a polio vaccine in comparison.
Worse, it makes the Nuremberg Code violations of the COV-SARS-2 “pandemic” look like a jaywalking ticket in comparison because almost no consumers of mRNA-contaminated food will even know it’s contaminated, much less be able to give informed consent to their consumption thereof.
Bottom Line
Given the above, it seems clear to me that you should join former President Donald Trump in calling for an immediate ceasefire and negotiated end to the Ukraine War. Taking the fight directly to the center of gravity for the Unholy Alliance would:
a) reduce the threat not just of a nuclear World War III between the nations of the world, but the threat of a nucleic World War III waged by the oligarchs of the world against that sea of humanity that just wants to live free and unpoisoned; and
b) gain you literally millions of followers from both political parties and independents, especially among young people, who listen to the voice in their hearts and thus know that the NATO-provoked Ukraine war is wrong, that the “pandemic” and its brutal tyranny was wrong, and who will support a candidate who says so out loud and seeks to stop the carnage on both fronts.
Then take it to the next level. You, Mr. Kennedy, are the only one with both the vision and the cojones to do it. President Trump is the only major figure with the understanding and cojones to take a bold, principled, informed position in favor of immediately ending this horrific war — but he is so far not bold enough and informed enough to similarly denounce the horror of the Nucleic War and its tyranny.
You are — and in opposing both kinetic carnage in Ukraine and nucleic carnage worldwide, you would also generate both the nostalgia and the moral clarity of your father’s opposition to the Vietnam War, all of which would be force multipliers for your campaign.
More importantly, whether you win the presidency or not, whether you even win the nomination or not, you would become an international voice for peace and common sense, and an even more powerful foe of the Unholy Alliance. And the world needs that voice.
Your voice.
